Order Lead Time
In stock items will ship within 2-5 business days after purchase. Made-to-order and out-of-stock items will ship within 4-6 weeks unless otherwise specified. If an order has multiple items, we will ship the order once all items are in-stock. We will email you with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
If your order is a rush, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to prioritize your order.
We ship via FedEx and shipping costs includes insurance so that you know your package is travelling safe to you. Signature is required upon delivery. Maison Goldberg Bijouterie is not liable for lost shipments when tracking shows it has been delivered. Maison Goldberg Bijouterie is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.
If your package is sent back to Maison Goldberg Bijouterie for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the return shipping of your order.
Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all international orders:
- Prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Maison Goldberg Bijouterie is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and any other associated fees.
- The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
- Maison Goldberg Bijouterie is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.
- All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, please email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sent with the invoice. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. Items that are engraved, soldered, altered, customized, or on sale cannot be exchanged or credited.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take 3-5 business days to process the transaction, once the merchandise has been returned and assessed by our team.
If an item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, no refund will be issued.
Should you be approved for a refund/return, you must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note that customs and other taxes on returns made outside of North America must be fully paid by the customer before the return is given authorization. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
